01License grant
TNL Medikal Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi grants an eligible OwnBatch customer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the CataBatch desktop application solely with the customer's authorized OwnBatch account and licensed Shopify shop.
02One license, one shop
Each paid license is valid for one Shopify shop. A second shop requires a second license. The desktop application is not currently sold separately and remains subject to the applicable CataBatch product entitlement and annual subscription.
03Acceptable use and restrictions
You may not resell the software, share credentials with unauthorized parties, bypass credit or subscription controls, interfere with account isolation, access another merchant's information, reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits, or use the software to violate Shopify or applicable legal requirements.
04Catalog changes and merchant responsibilities
Review changes before applying them. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of your catalog content, your authorization to manage the connected shop, and maintaining appropriate backups. Successful unique-record changes use credits under the applicable plan.
05Updates, support and security
Updates and support are provided according to the active product entitlement and current release availability. Access may require an internet connection, a valid account and Shopify authorization. Private Shopify credentials are not intended to be exposed through the desktop application.
06Expiry and mandatory protections
The license ends when the relevant paid service period ends, when account access is lawfully terminated or where continued use would violate applicable law. Nothing in this agreement excludes statutory rights or remedies that cannot be waived.
