01Operator and agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and TNL Medikal Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, operator of OwnBatch. By creating an account or using a paid product, you agree to the version presented to you. You must have authority to act for the business or Shopify shop you connect.
02Accounts and permitted use
Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate information and access only shops and data you are authorized to manage. You may not bypass access restrictions, misuse service credentials, reverse engineer protected service components, interfere with other tenants, or use the service unlawfully.
03Products, availability and Shopify
CataBatch is an OwnBatch catalog-management product for Shopify products, collections and images. Product features may evolve during development or beta access. Shopify App Store charges are processed using Shopify-provided billing; the desktop application is not currently sold separately.
You remain responsible for reviewing catalog changes before applying them, maintaining appropriate backups and ensuring that the content you submit is lawful and accurate.
04Annual plans, stores and renewal
Paid plans run annually unless a specific Shopify purchase clearly states otherwise. One paid license authorizes one Shopify shop; each additional shop requires its own license. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal under the applicable Shopify billing flow.
Canceling a subscription prevents the next renewal but, where supported by the applicable billing state, does not terminate an already paid service period early. Access continues until the end of that period.
05Credits and rollover
One successfully completed change to a unique Shopify record uses one credit. Reading, synchronization, scans, spreadsheet import or export, and previews do not consume credits; canceled, failed or unprocessed changes do not consume credits.
When an eligible annual plan renews, 50% of the unused eligible plan credits from the ending period roll over to the next period. For example, 400 eligible unused credits result in 200 rollover credits. Trial credits do not establish paid use. Separate future add-on credit products, if introduced, will be governed by the conditions displayed at purchase.
06Cancellation, refunds and mandatory rights
A refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase if the paid service has not been used beyond any separately provided free trial credits. Once a paid credit is consumed or a paid catalog change is applied, a voluntary refund is not available, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Refund requests are submitted to support and processed through the relevant Shopify billing mechanism.
07Liability, updates and contact
Services are provided with reasonable care and subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, OwnBatch is not responsible for unauthorized user actions, third-party outages, incorrect merchant-provided information or indirect losses. Nothing limits liability or consumer protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
