CataBatch credit packages distributed through the Shopify app use Shopify-provided billing. OwnBatch does not currently offer a separate direct-purchase checkout for CataBatch.
0214-day refund for unused paid service
You may request a refund within 14 days of the relevant purchase when the paid product has not been used. Using only separately granted free trial credits does not, by itself, count as paid usage.
03When voluntary refunds are unavailable
Once a paid credit has been consumed or a paid change has been successfully applied to Shopify, the service is considered used and the voluntary unused-service refund is unavailable. This does not override mandatory legal rights, billing errors, unauthorized charges or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
04How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the account email, relevant Shopify shop and transaction information. We will verify the request and process eligible paid charges through the appropriate Shopify billing and refund flow. Unpaid Shopify charges may require a billing adjustment rather than a cash refund.
05No automatic renewal
Credit packages are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Buying another package is a separate action initiated through the CataBatch Shopify app. A purchase does not automatically create a prorated cancellation right beyond applicable law and this policy.
06Credit validity and rollover
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months. At the end of that period, 50% of eligible unused credits roll forward. No cash value is attributed to unused credits, and store/account eligibility continues to apply.
