CataBatch credits are tied to successful record changes, not clicks, fields or previews. Preparation remains free, and the cost follows completed work. Each Shopify store has its own OwnBatch credit balance, shared only with compatible apps linked to that same store.
One successful record change uses one credit
If a supported product update changes its title, vendor, tags, SEO title and meta description together, the successful product record uses one credit, not five. The unit is the changed Shopify record.
Images, variants and collections are their own records when they are processed as separate changes. The preview should show the expected credit count before apply.
Preparation remains free
Synchronization, reading and scanning store data, Excel export, Excel import validation and preview do not consume credits. A failed, cancelled or unprocessed change does not consume a credit either.

One store wallet across compatible OwnBatch apps
Use your OwnBatch account to access multiple Shopify stores, but keep their balances separate. If Store A has 100,000 credits, CataBatch can spend from Store A’s balance. Other compatible Batch apps can use that same store balance when available and connected; Store B never draws from it.
Trial eligibility is checked for the Shopify store. A new eligible user may receive introductory credits, but connecting the same store through another account must not create repeated trial grants.
Credits and packages are not subscriptions
Users buy the package that fits the work and can buy another when needed. Current credits are valid for one year, and the defined rollover rule applies to unused balances. Product pages and checkout must display the active commercial terms before purchase.
